About

I am a Creative Director living in St. Louis, MO. I have been working in the Design field since 1992 and have held such titles as: Paste-Up Artist, Production Artist, Graphic Designer, Art Director and Photographer. Currently, I am a creative leader working in close collaboration with my internal photography, packaging and print experts. With engaged involvement throughout the packaging process, I help ensure brand quality and consistency. As part of my role, I work face-to-face with many clients. I interpret and execute brand vision and equities for packaging projects across many consumer packaged goods categories. I also offer significant strategic guidance for photography, creative and production workflows within the packaging lifecycle.

My overall experience demonstrates the fundamentals of design, leading design concepts, creating illustrations and graphics for national and local clients, producing and directing photo shoots with award-winning photographers and taking advertising and promotional campaigns through full-print production. I have more than 20 years of in-house and agency creative and production experience with specific expertise in packaging, brand identity, promotions and photography. I've worked with clients including Hostess, Bacardi USA, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Johnson & Johnson, Ahold Delhaize, Campbell Snacks, DPSG and Ben & Jerry's, among others.

In addition to my professional experience, I completed a BFA in Art & Design at Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 2000. My major was Graphic Design and my areas of specialization were Photography and Drawing.
